Mouth-watering Mushroom Recipe
Indian Masala based mouth watering Mushroom recipe.This is an easy to make and popular appetizer or starter dish.

• Serves: 4 persons
Ingredients
• 500 grams Mushroom
• 2 table spoon Oil
• ½ tea spoon black peppercorns
• 2 green Cardamoms
• ½ inch Cinnamon stick
• ½ tea spoon Cloves
• ½ tea spoon Ginger chopped
• ½ tea spoon Garlic chopped
• 2 medium Onions finely chopped
• 2 medium Tomatoes finely chopped
• 2-3 Green chilli finely chopped
• Salt to taste
• 1 table spoon red chilli powder
• 1 tea spoon Turmeric powder
• 1 tea spoon Coriander powder
• 1 tea spoon Garam Masala
• 2 tea spoon Lemon Juice
• 125 grams Paneer (Cottage cheese)
• 1 table spoon Butter
• 2 tables spoon Mint leaves chopped
• 2 tables spoon Coriander leaves chopped
Recipe
• Heat pan, add Oil.Add black peppercorns, Cloves, green cardamom, Cinnamon and sauté for 2 minutes.
• Add chopped ginger, Garlic chopped and sauté for 2 minutes.
• Add chopped Onions and stir till golden brown, add chopped Tomatoes stir till Tomatoes get soft.
• Add red chilli powder and Salt to taste and mix well.Add Mushrooms cut in ½ inch pieces, Paneer (Cottage cheese).Coriander powder, chopped green chillies, turmeric Powder, Red chilli powder.Mix this well.
• Finally add Garam Masala powder, Lemon Juice.
• Serve hot with Mint and Coriander Leaves.
